I’m not totally sure if it was just a busy day, but I waited for a while and then the actual appointment felt quick. I kind of left feeling like my concerns were brushed off a bit.

My first take was that the return process felt needlessly confusing. The exchange did go through in the end, so that part was okay, but the replies were slow and I had to figure out a few steps along the way.

I ordered from Infinite Body Piercing and, at least in my case, the packaging was really solid. The box showed up clean and not smashed up, and everything inside was wrapped well enough that it wasn’t sliding all over the place.
I can’t say if every order goes out like this, but mine definitely felt like someone took a little care with it. Nothing fancy or overdone, just neat, safe, and not wasteful. I was impressed.

The quality is definitely good, and I don’t really have any complaints about the product itself. I just keep wondering if I’m missing something because the prices feel a little high for what you’re getting. I’d probably buy more often if it was a bit more affordable.

I found a few cute jewelry pieces and the selection was good overall. I just wish they had more color options, because that’s the only thing that kept me from grabbing more

It was clean enough overall, but definitely not perfect. I noticed a few spots that could’ve been taken care of better. Also, having to wait in that queue for so long was frustrating and kind of put me in a bad mood before I even got in.

After wearing it for a little while, that part started looking worn too, which was disappointing. I don’t think I’d buy jewelry from them again.

I know it’s not some miracle fix and I’m not saying it’s perfect, but it definitely helped my body heal better than I expected. I noticed a real difference, so for me it was worth it.

I had a really good experience with Infinite Body. The staff was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the whole thing feel way less stressful. They answered my questions clearly and didn’t make me feel rushed or silly for asking, which I really, really appreciated.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the wait was a little longer than I expected. But overall, everyone was polite, helpful, and seemed to really know what they were doing.

The aftercare info helped a bit. Not bad. Just felt kind of basic, you know? Enough to get by, but I was expecting a little more detail.
